The Small Train Museum in Robilante takes visitors on a journey of discovery through the world of railways and the spectacular Cuneo–Ventimiglia–Nice line. Originating from the collection of artefacts and historical records held by the Ferroclub Cuneese and refurbished in 2026 as part of the European Vermenagna-Roya III project, the museum traces the evolution of the railway through tools of the trade, shunting and signalling equipment, driver’s cabs and items from trains and stations.

The exhibition offers an up-close look at the work of those who, both past and present, make train travel possible, and encourages visitors to discover the technical and engineering solutions behind a railway line that is truly one of a kind. With its historical artefacts, interactive installations and a driving simulator, the museum is a space to explore and experience, designed to engage visitors of all ages.
